“Minowaki Our Future Soaring High” is a signature program of MIEC. It is an annual tribute to Milwaukee area Indigenous students and their families for their successful graduation from 8th grade, high school and college.

MIEC develops and hosts community programs. The All-City Indian Graduation is a historic annual event where we invite and encourage the participation of parents, students, and community members.
Current membership is represented by the following area organizations: First Nations Studies, Milwaukee Public School, Marquette University, American Indian Student Servies, UW Milwaukee, Indian Community School, and Ho-Chunk Nation Milwaukee Branch office.
