Since the late 1970s, the all-volunteer membership of the Milwaukee Indian Education Committee (MIEC) has supported efforts that advance the educational success of Indigenous peoples of all ages throughout the greater Milwaukee area, including students in grades PK-12, post-secondary and beyond.
